Time to make: PIZZA!
Josh decided we should make some pizza on the grill. I've never done it before, but he made it sound so simple- and it was!

First, get the grill going. |

... here is the best photo I could get that night. Josh brushed one side with olive oil, laid it on the grill, and spun a couple of times to be sure it baked evenly. Repeat after flipping, then we flipped again and added sauce and toppings as quickly as we could. We closed the lid and it only took a few minutes for everything to get all steaming and hot, although I think the last pizza was the best in terms of how melted the cheese was and how cooked the veggies were.

Delish! | |
We still had some leftover dough- breakfast pizza!
Cilantro, parm, red onion... cucumber?, and bacon! |
BACON! |
Harissa for sauce, which I had never had before- very tasty! |
Add an egg. |
Tada! |
My yolk was a lil runny, but I popped the whole thing in the microwave for a minute- problem solved. |
My boyfriend bought me a set of cast iron pans as a housewarming gift. Then he seasoned them for me. Swoon. <3
